NYFW : Alexander Wang

Alexander Wang's new collection has been all over the media in the last few days because of their use of name branding in the featured pieces. They used both laser cut-outs as well as printed logos on various pieces.

   

In addition, Wang featured a lot of menswear-inspired pieces, which is a reoccurring trend that we see come up. Fashion designers love to contrast a women's femininity. 

   

And again, we are still seeing a monochromatic theme, these couple stood out to me. 

   

Also can we talk about how great the structure was in the background? I think this was definitely one of the more impressive shows thus far.
