SHOESDAY TUESDAY : Over the Knee Boots

These are huge right now. Very of-the-moment. It is interesting that these weren't extremely forecasted for the fall, but in the past week they have been blowing up the blog-isphere. A bunch of bloggers have looked flawless in them, but we all know who wore it best....

Probably her most iconic look in the entire movie... Maybe aside from the lumpy blue sweater. Just kidding. Those Prada boots though. 

So where can you get your hands on some fabulous boots? The answer is everywhere. Nordstrom is featuring a over-the-knee boots shop right now. There are a few options at Zara as well. Here are my top picks, for flat (Vince Camuto) and  heeled (Sam Edelman) options. 

I don't think I am going to give in on this trend... It seems very momentary. While yes, a classic black pair can be used in later seasons, to me they seem very dated when not in style. However, fashion always repeats itself.... even the harem pants.
